1. Q: Will this car radio is right for my car?
A: Please refer to the second image of the product, there is a car original dashboard for your reference. If you are not sure about it, please send us some pictures of your car dashboard for our reference. You can find the images on the internet, then send us the links.
2. Q: Will the product come with all accessories for me to install it?
A: Yes, the product comes with all accessories for you to install it. Please notice your email box, if the radio needs additional paid accessories, for example: Canbus decoder or Optical Fiber cables, we will send you an email to confirm it.
3. Q: How long is the warranty of the product?
A: The radio has 1 year of quality warranty. All of the radios will be tested 2 times before sending it to our customers.(factory test and normal test before shipment).
4. Q: Will the radio comes with free navigation map? How can I update the GPS map?
A: Yes, the radio will come with a free copy map. If you want to update the map, please send us a message, we will send you a link to download the latest version map that we have.
5. Q: Do I need to have an account to place the order?
A: It is not the requirement to register an account to place the order. You can place the order as a guest.
6. Q: Do you accept payment methods other than Paypal?
A: At present, we do not accept other payment methods other Paypal. We are developing several payment methods now.
